Here's one of the biggest problems in the construction industry:
Every building is a prototype.
In our current system...
...architects
...engineers
...contractors
...and developers...
.. all work incredibly hard to come up with new ideas and solutions to every problem they face. In every building that they are working on. Then when it’s finished, they move on to the next project. All of that previous hard work gets lost amidst the different stakeholders.
